Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Orders are processed and shipped by Ninja Print on Demand.
• Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product type, or external shipping delays.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled due to the custom nature of our products.

Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

• We do not offer refunds or accept returns on custom-made products. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.
• If there is a problem with your order (e.g., damage, printing error, wrong item, or lost package), please contact us with supporting documentation to request a reprint.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and reviewing their order details before completing a purchase.
• Please ensure that uploaded artwork or design files are print-ready and meet our guidelines.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of Ezavar Clothing or their respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

• We use Ninja Print on Demand for production and shipping. By ordering from us, you acknowledge that a third-party provider is involved in fulfilling your order.
