Return and Refund Policy

At Ezavar Clothing, all items are custom made-to-order. As such, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on personalized products. If there is a problem with your order, we are committed to resolving it through our reprint process.

Reprint Requests

If you experience an issue with your order, you may request a reprint by contacting us directly. Please provide supporting documentation, such as clear photos and a description of the issue, so we can review your request promptly. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure your concerns are handled accurately and fairly.

When We Offer Free Reprints

A free reprint will be provided when:
  • The product arrives damaged
  • There are printing errors, or the print/design does not match your original file
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The order is lost in transit
  • There is a clear production error or garment issue
Note: Each reprint request must be supported by documentation showing the issue with the order or product. All requests are reviewed individually.

Wrong Size Ordered

Because all items are custom made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges or reprints when a customer orders the wrong size. Any replacement due to customer error is at the customer's cost.
